What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. Each product page displays the minimum quantity. Most items start at 10-50 pieces depending on size and type.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Every product has tiered pricing — the more you order, the more you save. Quantity breaks and prices are displayed on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

What customization methods do you offer?
Laser Engraving — permanent, elegant etching. UV Full-Color Printing — photo-quality unlimited colors. Screen Printing — 1-3 colors, great for large batches.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We never charge setup fees. Customization cost is a simple per-unit add-on shown on the product page.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept virtually any format: SVG, AI, EPS, PNG, PDF, JPG — even a hand-drawn sketch. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) give the best results. Our design team will professionally prepare your artwork for production, free of charge.
Can I see a mockup before ordering?
Yes! We provide a free digital mockup on every custom order. Unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy. Learn more.
📦 Shipping
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Economy shipping is free on all orders worldwide. We also offer faster Standard and Express options at checkout for an additional fee. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times by region.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Asia, Middle East, and more. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no surprise customs fees.
📜 Samples & Returns
Can I order a sample?
Blank samples can be ordered at regular price. Custom samples are available for most products — contact us with the product and your logo for availability and pricing.
What is your return policy?
Blank products: 30-day return (unused, original packaging). Custom products: no returns since they are made to your specification. If we made an error, we fix or replace it free. Damaged items: contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement.

Do you offer FBA prep services?
